Hypno Summit Portugal is the hypnosis event dedicated to trauma recovery. In 2027 the topics include narcissistic abuse, autoimmune disease and addiction, with more to be announced.

On Saturday night we're taking Hypno Summit Portugal out into Lisbon. We've built an evening designed to give you a real taste of the city — Portuguese food, music, history, and a little adventure along the way.
We're keeping one part of the night a secret, because telling you would completely spoil it. Expect to experience Lisbon in a way you probably wouldn't discover on your own, before we come together for dinner in a beautiful historic setting.
There'll be Portuguese petiscos, live Portuguese music, and plenty of time to relax, laugh and connect with the faculty and the people you've spent the day with.
This isn't a networking dinner.
It's the Saturday night of Hypno Summit Portugal.
Fifty places, deliberately — and they're for people attending the summit. It's booked separately from your ticket, so you can add it whenever you're ready, but we confirm final numbers with the restaurant shortly before the summit and can't take bookings after that.
We couldn't have asked for a better location with a more appropriate name. Located right in the heart of Lisbon in Marquês de Pombal, the HF Fénix Lisboa is one of the most iconic hotels in the Portuguese capital. Steeped in history, it stands out for its elegance and beauty.
It gives us a beautiful space to gather in and proper, comfortable rooms to come back to at the end of the day. It sits right at the top of Lisbon's grand Avenida da Liberdade, next to the Metro, an easy and cheap 15 minutes from the airport.

Hypno Summit Portugal is an educational event. It is not therapy, and it is not a replacement for medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment.
Over two days, you'll gain an insight into the trauma recovery approaches available today, presented by experts who combine clinical expertise with lived experience. Some sessions include experiential elements, so you can get a first-hand taste of what's out there.
Our aim is to spark your curiosity, and to give you hope and a sense of direction, so you can make an informed choice about the support that's right for you.
The summit is not a space for in-depth, individual therapeutic work. If you are currently receiving treatment, please continue with your doctor or therapist, and speak to them before attending if you're unsure whether the event is right for you at this time.
A dedicated welfare lead is on site throughout both days, so if anything comes up for you, support is close at hand. Taking part in any exercise or demonstration is always voluntary. Read more under Taking Part.
Hypno Summit Portugal is Europe's Boutique Hypnosis Experience, and the word boutique is doing real work there.
You won't be one of a thousand people in a dark hall, watching back-to-back panels and hoping something sticks. We keep the room small so the work has space to actually land. You'll have time to take it in, try it for yourself, and talk to the people you came to learn from.
And we speak to real people and their experiences. You won't be buried in academic language or therapeutic jargon.
You won't be cramming in more information you'll never use. You'll walk away genuinely changed, with tools you'll still be reaching for long after you've flown home.
There's no pressure and no hard sell. You take part in whatever way feels right for you, at your own pace.
If you want something fast, crowded and transactional, this honestly isn't it. But if you've been craving real depth and a bit of breathing space, you're going to love it here.
Hypno Summit Portugal takes place at the HF Fénix Lisboa, located in the heart of Lisbon near the Marquês de Pombal roundabout. Here's how to get there:
By Taxi: Taxis and ride-share apps like Bolt or Uber are widely available. From Lisbon Airport, follow signs to ride-share services and enter HF Fénix Lisboa in the app. The journey takes about 10 minutes and costs €8–€12. Avoid unsolicited offers for rides at the airport.
By Public Transport: The nearest metro station is Marquês de Pombal (Blue and Yellow lines), just a 1-minute walk from the hotel. From Lisbon Airport, take the Red Line (Vermelha) to Saldanha, transfer to the Yellow Line (Amarela) toward Rato, and get off at Marquês de Pombal. The journey takes 25–30 minutes. Local buses like 736, 744, and others also stop nearby.
By Car: From downtown Lisbon, head northwest on Avenida da Liberdade toward Marquês de Pombal. Parking is available at the hotel for €19/day (subject to availability) or at nearby public garages. Allow extra time as Lisbon's center can be busy.

We understand that plans can change. To ensure the integrity of the event and the experience for all participants, the following policy applies.
Up to 31 May 2027: A full refund will be issued, less a €50 administrative fee.
Between 1 June and 31 July 2027: A 50% refund will be issued.
From 1 August 2027: Tickets are non-refundable. However, tickets may be transferred to another participant at no additional cost, subject to prior notice. Transfer requests have to be made in writing to support@hypnosummit.pt.
No-shows: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Additionally, Hypno Summit Portugal cannot be held responsible for costs or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or strikes. By registering, you agree to this policy.
Ronia Fraser is a multi-award-winning Trauma Recovery Expert, Clinical Hypnotherapist, published author, and speaker. Her pioneering work in narcissistic abuse recovery and complex trauma has earned her international recognition, including the Outstanding Contribution to the Field of Hypnotherapy Award for her impact on the profession.
Having experienced first-hand the life-changing potential of hypnosis, Ronia is passionate about changing the conversation around hypnosis, from challenging outdated perceptions, to inspiring curiosity, and demonstrating what's possible when science, compassion, and the unconscious mind come together.
When she's not teaching, speaking, or working with clients, Ronia enjoys life in Lisbon with her loyal feline companion and full-time catsistant, Shadows.
