Hypno Summit Portugal takes place at the HF Fénix Lisboa, located in the heart of Lisbon near the Marquês de Pombal roundabout. Here's how to get there:
By Taxi: Taxis and ride-share apps like Bolt or Uber are widely available. From Lisbon Airport, follow signs to ride-share services and enter HF Fénix Lisboa in the app. The journey takes about 10 minutes and costs €8–€12. Avoid unsolicited offers for rides at the airport.
By Public Transport: The nearest metro station is Marquês de Pombal (Blue and Yellow lines), just a 1-minute walk from the hotel. From Lisbon Airport, take the Red Line (Vermelha) to Saldanha, transfer to the Yellow Line (Amarela) toward Rato, and get off at Marquês de Pombal. The journey takes 25–30 minutes. Local buses like 736, 744, and others also stop nearby.
By Car: From downtown Lisbon, head northwest on Avenida da Liberdade toward Marquês de Pombal. Parking is available at the hotel for €19/day (subject to availability) or at nearby public garages. Allow extra time as Lisbon's center can be busy.

Please note, we have only 8 speaker slots available, so tailor your application to stand out!
We're always on the lookout for enthusiastic volunteers to help ensure Hypno Summit Portugal runs smoothly! As a volunteer, you might assist with registrations, support speakers and attendees, or help keep the event on schedule. In return, you'll enjoy FREE full access to the summit, including lunch and Saturday evening entertainment. Ready to join us? Submit your application. Please note, volunteers are responsible for their own travel and accommodation.
We have a limited number of vendor tables available for you to exhibit your books, products and courses to the attendees.
The cost for a vendor table for the duration of the whole event is €247. Please submit your application via our contact page.
We understand that plans can change. To ensure the integrity of the event and the experience for all participants, the following policy applies.
Up to 31 May 2026: A full refund will be issued, less a €50 administrative fee.
Between 1 June and 31 July 2026: A 50% refund will be issued.
From 1 August 2026: Tickets are non-refundable. However, tickets may be transferred to another participant at no additional cost, subject to prior notice. Transfer requests have to be made in writing to support@hypnosummit.pt.
No-shows: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Ronia Fraser is a multi-award-winning Trauma Recovery Expert, Clinical Hypnotherapist, published author, and speaker. Her pioneering work in narcissistic abuse recovery and complex trauma has earned her international recognition, including the Outstanding Contribution to the Field of Hypnotherapy Award for her impact on the profession.
Having experienced first-hand the life-changing potential of hypnosis, Ronia is passionate about changing the conversation around hypnosis, from challenging outdated perceptions, to inspiring curiosity, and demonstrating what's possible when science, compassion, and the unconscious mind come together.
When she's not teaching, speaking, or working with clients, Ronia enjoys life in Lisbon with her loyal feline companion and full-time catsistant, Shadows.
