
We understand that plans can change. To ensure the integrity of the event and the experience for all participants, the following policy applies.
All prices include 23% VAT. Any refunded amount will be adjusted accordingly.
In the unlikely event that the event is postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, public health emergencies, travel disruptions, or other force majeure events), the following will apply:
Refunds will not be issued in cases of force majeure, as costs and commitments will have already been incurred. We will, however, always act in good faith to offer fair and reasonable alternatives.
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation. We strongly recommend purchasing personal travel and event insurance to protect against unforeseen changes to plans.

Exhibitor registration may be canceled with full refund (less a €50 processing fee) provided written notification is received any time up until ten (10) weeks prior to the event start date.
A 50% refund is available for exhibitor registration provided written notification is received between ten (10) weeks and six (6) weeks prior to the event start date.
No refunds will be granted within six (6) weeks of the event start date. In the case of an emergency, special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the leadership team following the event.
